We provide all services “as is” and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. WebNT is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the affected services.
6. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold WebNT harmless from any claims arising from your misuse or unauthorized modification of our services or content.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Botswana. Any legal disputes shall be resolved by Botswana courts or arbitration, as agreed.
