not just admired.

TRUSTED DIGITAL PARTNER

What you can procure

WebNT can support a project from requirements and design through development, migration, launch and ongoing operation. The exact scope should follow the procurement requirement rather than forcing every organisation into the same package.

PROCUREMENT FAQs

Questions we expect during evaluation

Can WebNT provide support under an SLA?

Yes. Support scope can define covered systems, response routes, monitoring, maintenance activities, backup expectations, escalation and reporting. The exact SLA should reflect the operational importance of the platform rather than using one generic template.

What information helps WebNT respond to a TOR accurately?

The most useful TORs define the business objective, mandatory functionality, content and migration requirements, integrations, hosting or security expectations, accessibility requirements, training, support period, evaluation criteria and submission deadline.

Can you provide supplier and company documentation for evaluation?

Yes. Company, capability, portfolio and relevant procurement documentation can be supplied according to the requirements of the RFQ, RFP or TOR. Time-sensitive documents should always be checked for current validity before submission.
